Directory contains Bowtie2 mapping results of a subset (1,000,000 reads) of P.generosa Illumina NovaSeq data to our Phase Genomics (Hi-C) reference assembly.

All commands were run in a Jupyter Notebook. See the notebook entry (linked below) for full info on reference assemblies used as references and link to Jupyter Notebook.

- 20180508_geo_nova_Hi-C_1e6reads.err : Stderr from bowtie2 mapping. Contains brief mapping stats.

- 20180508_geo_nova_Hi-C_1e6reads.sam : Alignment file generated by bowtie2.
