Pacific geoduck (P.generosa) gonads were sampled by Kendall Barton and Henry Kouba (Tullalip Tribes) on 4/1/2026.

Tissues were fixed in a 10%/90% formalin/seawater mixture for 24hrs and then stored in 70% ethanol (made with DI water).

Tissues were sent for processing/embedding/staining (H&E)/slides on 4/14/2026 at the University of Washington Pathology Research Services Laboratory.

Slides and embedded tissues were recevied on 5/6/2026.
